U11 Boys v Tytherington Rovers Blue - 20/01/24
It was a cold early start for the boys this morning, but they started the game well.
It was counter attack after counter attack from both teams for the first 10 minutes.
After the frantic start the pace of the game slowed. Our boys struggled to keep control of the ball and play our passing game today, but nevertheless they kept pressing and pushing forward when they could.
Oli C was his ever cool, calm and collective self in goals, completing great saves and mixing up his kick outs to spread the play.
Defenders Brodie and Eddie had their hands full at the back but where helped by midfielders Sam, Bobby and Leyton tracking back to help create opportunities for our attacking players of Tyler, Jimmy, Harry F, Oli F, Leighton and Joseph to push forward and test the opposition keeper.

The ‘brainmat’ players of the match this week goes to Sam for his fantastic forward play on the wings and always coming back to help out and be an outlet for the defence. Well done Sam. 👏🏻
