NMJFC U8 Hawks v Chapel Town Yellows
A second fixture in a row against a Chapel Town side at Glossopdale this week and it didn’t disappoint.
It’s always a thrilling encounter when we face Chapel and this Sunday was against the yellows.
Chapel played at a very high tempo and put away the chances they created, storming away in the first half. The Hawks had to keep their cool and concentrate to stay in the game and keep creating chances of their own.
A couple of fine finishes from Leo in the second half kept the game close, along with some fantastic goalkeeping again from Harley and Kian. Top work rate from Shea, Ella, Liam and Joe and some awesome hold up play in the middle of the pitch from Brooke who had a couple of great chances herself but just couldn’t find the luck today.
Another great game and another great team performance.
